Try one of the Ford forums, but yes they need fluid & filter every 3 years, and cost about £250. The fluid is about £13-£20 a litre depends on where you get it, but I've no idea how much goes in. I should imagine that you can do it yourself, try and get a download of the service manual, or pay for one of those eBay CDs to find out how to do
