Have you time to call FIAT before going to the ferry tomorrow? Could just be a sensor/diagnostic fault. Are all other readings normal. What gear were you in when the warning came on? Always the same gear? Get engine and gearbox oil checked. If you have time go on the FIAT Forum this evening, with all the above info. That is all I can suggest. Geoff
Hi, I have a 2013 Ducato Multijet 130 based motorhome which is stuck with the immobiliser light permanently on. The engine will turn over but obviously will not start. I have checked fuses, battery and tried to start it with the spare key but no luck so far. I have then checked the two wiresSounds like your coolant level is low.The light coming on means things are getting too hot. If the motor is cold you can open the filler to check the level and top up if required. You will then need to bleed the trapped air out by filling to the top and opening the screws on the heater hose and top of the radiator until the bubbles stop.

I know it sounds dumb, but several people have found that start/stop is disabled if the hood is not latched properly. Disconnect the wiring ,unscrew the sensor until it drains ,retighten and refit wires .open the little nut/screw on the top of filter (about 2turns) turn on ignition until clear fuel comes out of top and retighten , if light stays on you will need to reset it with a computer.
